2022 Winner

Beattie Lee

Beattie is a valued member of our Paid Advertising team who can always be counted on to bring enthusiasm, ideas, and a whole lot of fun. She has worked to achieve award-winning results for our clients this year. What makes this even more impressive is that she joined us in 2019 as an Advertising Trainee and has soared since then, now holding the position of Paid Advertising Consultant. Beattie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and holds numerous degrees, including an Associate’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing from Coventry University and an MSc in Marketing and Brand Management from the University of Essex. She lives and breathes all things digital marketing, putting that passion into her client campaigns and achieving work that matters. Over the past year, Beattie has taken charge on significant campaigns that have made a difference, such as the Fair Pay campaign for the Royal College of Nursing. At the end of 2021, Beattie’s work for our charity client, MSF UK, resulted in £1.2 million in donations for the Afghan Crisis Appeal. She was instrumental in influencing the addition of new channels to the campaign, including Nextdoor & Reddit. The campaign broke targets within the first two weeks and directly contributed to MSF UK’s best month ever recorded for donations through the website, with revenue from digital activity outperforming December 2020 by 120%. The campaign took home Most Effective Integrated Campaign, Most Effective Performance Marketing Campaign, and the Grand Prix at this year’s Masterclassing Digital Effectiveness Awards. Beattie is someone who you want as a part of your team. She is determined and inquisitive and can always be counted on to support those around her. There are big things to come for Beattie in the world of digital marketing, and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next.
